Founder & CEO

Kim started out in Recruiting and quickly became adept at building entire Talent Acquisition Departments from scratch.

As she began managing those departments, she expanded her focus into developing internal talent, implementing technical solutions, and creating performance management processes to bolster engagement and reduce turnover.

Her decisive ability and servant leadership style led her to the Executive Leadership Committee where not only was she the Head of Human Resources, but was also tasked with executive responsibility for Operations areas including call centers and warehouse operations.
